Every package includes seven days of hire, free delivery and collection, plus useful protection for the fragile bits.

Your boxes and protection kitYour chosen boxes, one glassware divider box, one crockery divider box and two bags of air pillows. The dividers keep fragile pieces apart; the lightweight inflatable pillows fill gaps so packed items move around less.

What if I’m unsure which package to choose?

That’s totally understandable. Use our quick calculator and we’ll point you towards the Stack that best suits your home.

Can I keep the boxes for longer?

Of course. Extended hire costs £15 and moves collection to the next available collection date. Just request and pay by 9:00am on the day before collection, as same-day extensions can’t be accepted.

What if my moving plans change?

Moving dates have a habit of moving too. Add Flexible Cancellation for £5 and you can cancel or rearrange up to 24 hours before delivery. The £5 fee itself is non-refundable.

What happens if a box is damaged?

A few scuffs are all part of moving day, so normal wear is expected. We may only charge the £16 replacement cost if a box goes missing or is damaged beyond economical repair.
